📋 HEY SUAV PHOTOGRAPHY — ADDITIONAL TERMS & POLICIES
By booking with HEY SUAV Photography, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
📌 Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your photoshoot date and time.
If a deposit is not submitted, your booking is not confirmed and your time slot may be released.
💳 Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
No photos or videos will be delivered until full payment has been received.
📸 Photo & Video Delivery
Standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks depending on workload and project size.
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.
🗂 RAW Files Policy
RAW photos and unedited video footage are not included in any standard package.
If a client requests RAW files:
- An additional $150 RAW File Release Fee will apply
- Files are delivered as-is with no editing or color grading
- Client agrees NOT to tag or credit HEY SUAV Photography on RAW or self-edited content
- HEY SUAV Photography is not responsible for final edits or presentation
This policy protects the photographer’s editing style, creative brand, and professional representation.
⏰ Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy
- A 15-minute grace period is allowed
- After 25 minutes, a $20 late fee will be added
- Session time will not be extended due to other scheduled bookings
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify at least 24 hours in advance.
💵 Payment Collection (Group & Team Shoots)
If the main booking client fails to complete payment and other participants (friends, family, teammates, etc.) request their photos, HEY SUAV Photography reserves the right to collect payment directly from individuals at an agreed rate until the remaining balance is fully covered.
(This applies especially to team and group photoshoots.)
✅ Booking Confirmation
A confirmation text or email will be sent prior to the shoot to verify:
- Date
- Time
- Location
- Session details
Your booking is not official until confirmation is sent.
📢 Posting Policy (RAW Content Only)
If RAW files are purchased and posted publicly, clients may NOT tag or credit HEY SUAV Photography, as this does not reflect the photographer’s editing style or professional work standards.
🎤 ARTIST BOOKINGS
Artists requesting event or concert coverage must:
- Contact HEY SUAV Photography in advance to discuss pricing and details
- Notify the venue ahead of time that a photographer will be present
Failure to notify the venue may result in access denial and cancellation.
🏀 ATHLETE & SPORTS BOOKINGS
Athletes requesting game coverage must notify their Athletic Director or program official in advance.
If no confirmation is provided, HEY SUAV Photography will not attend the event.
📅 Availability Policy
HEY SUAV Photography schedule:
Availability:
- Monday–Friday: Anytime
- Saturday & Sunday: Open availability unless already booked
Please provide your preferred date, time, and location when requesting a booking.
🏢 Studio Booking Policy
For studio sessions: @THEMESHHOUSE IN KENT
- Clients must provide email and phone number for studio invoice processing
- Studio fees are handled directly through the studio owner
- No nudity or inappropriate content allowed
Studio Availability:
- Monday–Friday: After 5:00 PM
- Weekends: Based on studio availability
🖼 Image Selection Policy
If a client chooses to receive only 15 edited photos instead of the standard in any of the packages, pricing remains the same.
Once final selections are delivered, unused images will be deleted permanently to free storage space.
Clients must confirm their selection before delivery.
📷 Image Usage Rights
HEY SUAV Photography reserves the right to display client work on:
- Social media platforms
- Portfolio
- Website
- Promotional materials
This helps showcase creative work and brand growth.
🎟 Media Access Disclaimer
Client is responsible for securing venue permission and media access. HEY SUAV Photography is not liable if access is denied due to client failure to notify organizers.
Interference Policy
Excessive interference from guests or participants may impact shoot quality. HEY SUAV Photography is not responsible for missed shots due to client distractions or interference.
Copyright Ownership Clause
All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of HEY SUAV Photography. Clients receive personal or commercial usage rights depending on the package purchased. Content may not be resold, altered for resale, or claimed as original work.
Reshoot Policy
Reshoots are not guaranteed and are only offered in cases of technical failure. Style preferences or personal dissatisfaction do not qualify for free reshoots.
File Storage Policy
Delivered galleries are stored for 30 days. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up files. HEY SUAV Photography is not responsible for lost downloads after the storage period.
Client Responsibility Clause
Clients are responsible for wardrobe, grooming, props, and appearance. HEY SUAV Photography is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to clothing, makeup, or preparation.
REVISION POLICY
HEY SUAV Photography includes one (2) minor revision with photo and video packages to ensure client satisfaction.
What qualifies as a minor revision:
Small color adjustments
Light exposure tweaks
Minor crop or framing changes
Text placement corrections (for videos)
Small clip trims (for videos)
Retouching (Pimples, Scars, and etc.)
Not Considered Minor Revisions:
- Changing editing style or creative direction
- Applying new filters or presets
- Replacing music
- Retouching multiple subjects extensively
- Full re-edits or restructuring videos
Additional Revision Pricing
After the included revision, the following rates apply:
📸 Photo Revisions:
$5 per photo (minor adjustment)
$50 flat fee for bulk minor edits (up to 15 photos)
🎥 Video Revisions:
$40 per minor video revision (Reels, Shorts, Promos)
$75 per major revision (style change, new transitions, music change, restructuring)
