Team Photoshoot Option:
Covers Team Photoshoots and Individual Player Photos.
Ideal for Varsity, Junior Varsity, and C-Team sessions.
Photographer will arrive early to set up equipment and prepare the space.
Team photos will be taken first, followed by individual player photos in a timely manner.
Coaches will determine how many photos each team (Varsity, JV, C-Team) receives.
Studio Details:
Minimum 2-hour rental (per studio owner’s policy)
Backdrops: White, Green, Yellow, and Brick Wall setup
Photographer provides all lighting
Studio availability confirmed prior to booking
Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit required to confirm date, time, and location. (Deposit will not be required, if studio is booked)
Deposit not included in the $250 total.
“Y” Package — $280
Team Photoshoot Option:
Recommended for larger teams or multiple groups such as Boys’ and Girls’ Teams, including Varsity, Junior Varsity, and C-Team.
Allows extra time for detailed setups, creative group ideas, or more extensive photo coverage.
Photographer will arrive early to set up and organize team and individual sequences efficiently.
Coaches decide how many photos each team receives or if creative group compositions are included.

Videography Basic Packages
Artist Reels / Mixtapes — $150
🎬 Artist Reels
Description: A 30-minute to 1-hour videoshoot for artists looking to create high-quality reels for music promotion.
Includes:
3–5 short videos shot and edited individually
1 extra combined video featuring a mixture of all clips edited together
1 location (we’ll move around within the area to get different looks for each shot)
Artist Requirements:
Must provide the song to be used during the shoot.
Must bring their own speaker to play music during filming.
If the videographer provides a speaker, $20 will be added to the final payment.
Delivery: All edited videos will be sent digitally.
Contract: A signed contract and deposit are required to confirm the videoshoot.
🏈🏀 Mixtapes (Athletes — $150)
Applies to: Primarily football and basketball players.
Deposit: No deposit required. (Understanding student-athlete circumstances.)
Video coverage for warm-ups, game action, and sideline moments
Photos also included for social media use
Mixtape video edited to the athlete’s chosen song
Must provide the song they want used in their mixtape.
Must provide athletic director contact information so the videographer can confirm clearance and access with the school.
Videographer will arrive before warm-ups to capture preparation shots.
Act natural — perform as usual and pretend the camera isn’t there for the best footage.
Show energy and support teammates during the game.
Athletes can speak to the camera at the beginning and end of the game (avoid during gameplay to respect coaches).
If there aren’t enough clips (for example, limited playtime or missed opportunities), the $150 fee still applies.
Photos will still be provided even if video time is limited.
Contract: A contract will be presented before filming for understanding and confirmation.
Recap Videos — $250+
Deposit: $50 non-refundable deposit required to confirm the date, time, and location of the videoshoot.
Deposit not included in the $250 total.
Description: Perfect for events, shows, or business recaps — combining key highlights into one cinematic video.
Full recap video highlighting major moments and key visuals
Photos included for social media posting
Client Responsibilities:
Must discuss how long the videographer is needed before the shoot (pricing may change depending on hours).
Must provide a clear vision or shot list of what’s important to capture.
Must provide the song they want used for the recap.
Contract: A contract will be presented before the shoot to ensure both sides agree on expectations, coverage time, and pricing.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and must be paid to secure your videoshoot.
Final Payment: Due on the day of the shoot unless discussed otherwise.
Video Delivery: Delivery time varies depending on editing requirements.
Photos: All packages include additional photos taken during the videoshoot for promotional or social media use.
Communication: Videographer will confirm the date, time, and location via text or email once the deposit and contract are received.
